The LYD Incentive System manages sales incentive calculations and payouts. It tracks client orders, calculates acquisition and delivery incentives using global rules and optional compensation-profile tiers, handles approvals, and generates payout batches for payroll. Use the language switcher (EN / 中文) in the navigation bar to switch between English and Chinese.
Logging in
Go to the sign-in page and use Google OAuth or your email and password. After signing in you will be taken to the Dashboard.
For employees
As an employee you can view your dashboard, manage clients and orders, submit attributions (who gets credit for acquisition or delivery), and view your compensation profile and tier rules.
Dashboard
Your dashboard shows your total estimated incentives (from pending and approved events), and a list of your orders. Click an order to view details, add attributions, or record deliveries.
Clients
Create and view client records. When creating an order you will select a client. Add a client name (required) and optional notes.
Orders
Create orders by selecting a client, entering order type and price (in cents). View all orders in the table; click a row to open the order detail page where you can add attributions (who contributed to acquisition or delivery and at what percentage) and record deliveries.
My compensation
View your compensation profile: base salary, first and second revenue thresholds (the UI may still say "unlock threshold"), tier-1 and tier-2 acquisition rates (basis points), payout cadence, and more. Cumulative revenue is the sum of order prices from approved incentives where you appear; the system compares it to the thresholds to decide whether profile acquisition rates replace the rule’s acquisition rate. Delivery percentages always follow the global rule. Amounts are paid out via batches according to cadence.
For administrators
Administrators have access to all employee features plus: incentive rules, approval workflow, payout batches, and all compensation profiles.
Incentive rules
Define the baseline for incentive math. Each rule has a category (IMMEDIATE, CONDITIONAL_BONUS, LONG_TERM_ENTRY), optional order type and price range, acquisition and delivery percentages (in basis points) and caps, and an effective date. New rules get a new version number. The system applies the matching rule; when a contributor’s profile meets a revenue tier, profile acquisition basis points can replace the rule’s acquisition percentage—delivery still follows the rule.
Approvals
Review pending attributions submitted by employees. For each item you can Approve (optionally with a reason), Reject (reason required), or Adjust (change the percentage with a reason). When all attributions for an order are approved, the related incentive event is automatically approved and can be included in a payout batch.
Payout batches
Create a payout batch with cadence (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, ANNUAL) and period start/end dates. Batches start as OPEN. When ready, click Freeze to lock the batch (this collects all approved incentive events in the period and creates payout items; freezing is irreversible). Then use Export CSV to download the data for payroll.
All compensation profiles
Create and view compensation profiles: base salary, first and second revenue thresholds (cents), tier-1 and tier-2 acquisition rates (basis points), cadence, and effective date. Thresholds are compared to cumulative approved order revenue to choose acquisition tier; delivery stays on the global rule. See the Administrator Manual for details.
Adjustments
On any order detail page, use the Adjustment section to add manual incentive adjustments (e.g. bonuses or corrections). Enter a reason and a breakdown by user (user ID, type ACQUISITION or DELIVERY, amount in cents). Amounts can be negative for deductions.
